Omega Fish

Omega Fish Oils are something I take daily for their many health benefits. Did you know that apparently Elle Macpherson (known as 'The Body') takes fish oils? 

Taking omega oil with a meal means that your body can burn fat. Your body can't burn fat without good fats like omega fish oils! That's why low fat diets don't always work - if you cut out ALL fats you aren't helping yourself.

But apart from that, fish oils may also help to lower cholesterol levels and keep your heart healthy. I find I concentrate much better since taking omega fish oils. Without them my head is all over the place and I find it hard to focus on one thing.

The other area of your body that may benefit from fish oils are your joints. Don't wait till you have a problem though, prevention is best!

You can see the type I take in the right hand column. I like the fact they are only taken from OILY fish that are found in the purer ARCTIC SEA. They contain Omega-3 and Omega-9.
